Je vous propose une interview publiée dans le magazine RH Tribune de janvier 2010 consacrée aux aspects de gestion des réseaux sociaux en entreprise et en particulier des aspects liés aux ressources humaines.
J'y défends une fois de plus la liberté d'accès aux média sociaux en entreprise, considérant que l'interdire est inutile du fait de la profusion des autres modes d'accès que sont les PDA, les PC portables et que c'est pas en supprimant l'accès aux réseaux sociaux que les collaborateurs de l'entreprise travailleront mieux.
Par contre une formation à l'usage des média sociaux et l'instauration de règles de fonctionnement claires est indispensable en entreprise.
